How To Use It
Using the applicator swipe color across top and bottom lip and spread to the edge of the lip. Blot with tissue and repeat. For a more precise application apply Spela lip color to the back of the hand first and use a lip brush to apply to your lip. For a sheer or lived-in look, use finger to apply color or feather the edge of the lip line.
