I am super excited to announce that Launch Party has partnered with Shopping Gives and will donate 3% of every sale to a non-profit of your choice.
While this party has always existed to help support purpose-driven small businesses and entrepreneurs. But after a tumultuous year we had I came to the realization that it was just as important to expand our impact by supporting non-profit organizations as well.
On the product page, you'll notice a box, that indicates how much from each product will be donated and where. If you'd like to change where you would like the donation to go, simply click the 'update' button and to choose your own cause. You can also find this option above the header of the site, with a link to update the cause there.
I have gone ahead and selected six non-profits that I believe are worthy causes that are featured on the site, but you can always choose your own. The six causes that I have selected are:
The Loveland Foundation provides financial assistance to Black women and girls seeking access to mental health resources and therapy nationally. Black women and girls deserve access to healing, and that healing will impact generations.
AAAJ seeks to advance civil and human rights for Asian Americans and to build and promote a fair and equitable society for all.
Transgender Law Center (TLC) is the largest national trans-led organization advocating for a world in which all people are free to define themselves and their futures. Grounded in legal expertise and committed to racial justice, TLC employs a variety of community-driven strategies to keep transgender and gender nonconforming people alive, thriving, and fighting for liberation.
One Tree Planted is a non-profit focused on global reforestation. They work with partners in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa who help to get trees in the ground to restore forests after fires and floods, create jobs, build communities, and protect habitat for biodiversity.
Founded in 1978, CBE provides residents in heavily polluted urban communities in California with organizing skills, leadership training and legal, scientific and technical assistance, so that they can successfully confront threats to their health and well-being.
Our Daily Bread is a local non-profit organization dedicated to serving the needs of Cincinnati residents ensuring every person has sufficient access to food, essential social services and a safe place of belonging. Our Daily Bread offers meals, hospitality and services in a safe, respectful environment.
We appreciate your support for our small business and all the small businesses that are featured here. Together, with your continued support, we are going to be able to make an even greater impact in this world—and that is a beautiful thing!
